Privacy Policy
Effective July 15, 2026. This policy explains information handled through lancastersepticpumping.com and (717) 423-8257.
Information you provide
A service form asks for your name, callback number, property address, requested service, and description. A phone call may include the same details plus system history, access, symptoms, and municipal notices. Do not send financial account numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or unrelated confidential material.
How requests are used
Information is used to evaluate and route a service request, return the call, coordinate an independent provider, prevent misuse, document consent, and maintain business records. A request may be shared with an independent provider to the extent reasonably needed for that provider to decide whether to accept it.
Call recording consent
Pennsylvania generally requires prior consent from all parties to an intercepted communication. Voicemail announces that the call may be recorded before the message begins. Continuing after the notice indicates consent. If you do not consent, hang up and use the written form. Live-call systems should provide the same notice before recording.
Form delivery
The contact form uses FormSubmit to deliver a message to the operator. FormSubmit receives the submitted fields and technical information required to process the request. Its handling is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Calling is available if you do not want to use the form.
Map embed and ordinary server logs
The service-area page loads a Google Maps iframe only when that portion of the page is reached. Google may receive network and browser information and may use cookies under its policies. The static site does not intentionally deploy an advertising pixel or custom analytics package. Hosting and security providers may still retain ordinary access logs such as IP address, time, requested URL, browser identifier, and error data.
Retention, security, and choices
Records may be kept as reasonably needed for routing, follow-up, dispute prevention, legal duties, and system security. No internet transmission is guaranteed secure. You may ask about or request correction or deletion of information by calling (717) 423-8257; legal, fraud-prevention, backup, and operational exceptions may apply. The operator may need enough information to verify the request.
Children and changes
This service is intended for property owners and responsible adults, not children. The policy may be updated when vendors or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
